Cyber insurance renewals
Training evidence for cyber insurance renewals.
Insurers want proof that staff are trained and phishing tested. NetMinder runs the program all year and turns it into one branded report your client attaches at renewal.
Every answer the renewal form asks for.
Cyber insurers now ask small businesses to show staff are trained and tested. Each client report maps straight onto those questions, so your client fills in the form and attaches one PDF.
- Is security awareness training given to all staff?

Insurance questions
Do cyber insurers require security awareness training?
Many cyber insurance applications for small businesses now ask whether staff receive security training and whether phishing simulations are run. Requirements vary by insurer and policy, so check the client's application.
Will this report be accepted by my client's insurer?
We can't speak for every insurer. The report is built around the evidence insurers commonly ask for: who was trained, how often, which simulations ran and how results changed. If an insurer wants something different, tell us.
Can training lower a client's premium?
Sometimes, but we can't promise it. Training more often affects whether a client qualifies and which questions they can answer yes to. Pricing is up to the insurer.
What period does the report cover?
Any date range you choose, for any client. Past periods stay available, so last year's report is one click away too.
Whose name is on the report?
Yours. The PDF carries your logo and colours, and your client forwards it as is.
